Conditions and Service Contracting

To improve our services, we provide you with the necessary information for the proper functioning of the center.

GROUP CLASSES

Payment will be made at the beginning of each month. In the event of missing a class, the class fee will still be charged. However, if it is foreseen that you will not be able to attend class for some time, we ask that you inform us to maintain your spot. Missed classes for group class students, whether due to a holiday or personal choice, cannot be made up. If you want to permanently leave the classes, it is necessary to notify us before the 25th of the corresponding month to make the cancellation effective; otherwise, the monthly fee for the following month will continue to be charged.

INDIVIDUAL CLASSES

Payment will be made at the beginning of each month. In the event that you are unable to attend a class, we ask that you communicate as soon as possible to notify the teacher. Private lessons can only be canceled or changed 24 hours in advance. If the cancellation occurs later, the class fee will be charged in full. A canceled class can be rescheduled within the same month, as long as it has been notified in advance.

SEMI-INDIVIDUAL CLASSES

Payment will be made at the end of the month. In the event that you are unable to attend a class, we ask that you communicate as soon as possible. The fee will only be discounted if all students cancel the class 24 hours in advance. If only one or two students come, all will pay the normal class fee, and the amount cannot be discounted for those who did not attend that day.

TUTORING

It is only possible to benefit from free tutoring if attendance is above 80%.

PUNCTUALITY

For the proper functioning of the classes, we request punctuality. The teacher only has the obligation to wait for students for the first 20 minutes.

SETTLEMENT

All course prices are annual, and in case of cancellation, it is necessary to give notice a minimum of one month in advance. If we do not receive a cancellation notification, the receipt will be generated. No amount already paid will be refunded.
